Indicator 3: Aid Flows Aligned on National Priorities What will it achieve? • Better ownership and alignment • Countries have better knowledge of aid flows • Aid is better aligned with priorities as outlined in the budget • Better accountability • Donors report aid to partners in more transparent way • Parliaments have occasions to examine the aid modalities • Countries can record and present more accurate and comprehensive budget reports .
