CGC Chair Reminders • Submit minutes after CGC meetings. • Check to ensure your membership rosters are up to date. • Let us know when Chairperson rotates to an new member. • Let us know as far in advance as possible of meeting dates. • Revise as needed crop status/vulnerability reports. They are important. • Where should CGC Chairs meet? • Consider virtual technologies (such as this one) if having a difficult time • arranging well attended in person meetings. • Will keep you posted about possible 2012 in person CGC Chairs meeting
