  3. Croke Park Stadium 2013 European Union of Supported Employment Conference, from June 11 to 13, was an associated event of the Irish Presidency of the Council of the EU

  4. Launch Minister of State with the Department of Transport, Sport and Tourism, Mr. Michael Ring, was pitch side at Croke Park Stadium in February to officially launch of the European Union of Supported Employment conference.

  5. Special Guest One of the original founders of supported employment and an internationally recognised and honoured expert in the field, Dr. Paul Wehman delved a key note address to delegates

  6. Welcome Dublin’s first citizen, Lord Mayor Councillor Naoise Ó Muirí, extended a warm Irish welcome to conference delegates at a special welcoming reception in one of Dublin’s most historic building the Mansion House.

  7. Speed Dating Meets Supported Employment Speed Dating Meets Supported Employment was an event hosted by Deputy Simon Harris at the conference, it was a great success. Delegates heard from 12 speakers on a range of diverse topics from autism and work to transitioning from education to employment and personalisation in supported employment.

  8. The EUSE conference has been named as one of the top ten big conferences so far this year supported by Fáilte Ireland, the national tourism development agency. According to a report published by Fáilte Ireland, the EUSE conference contributed in the region of €600,000 to the local economy.
