School Governing BodyResponsibilities and Approvals • Maintain adequate and transparent accounting records • Monitor the content and integrity of the Annual Financial Statements (AFS) • Ensure that the AFS fairly represent the state of affairs of the school and conform with International Financial Reporting Standards • Manage the school’s resources, risks and ethical behavior by ensuring that the appropriate infrastructure, controls and systems are being implemented, applied and managed • Review the school’s cash flow forecast for the next year (to 31 December 2012)
