MEM DTAP Equipment Site Survey Summary • System locations identified and space assigned by MEM SSC/Tech Ops-PASS - DTAP w/maintenance console: 12th floor, existing FAA rack (T1212) - DTAP operator monitor/keyboard/mouse: Tower Cab, C/D position • Connectivity plan complete • Trials equipment includes DTAP system, DTAP monitor/keyboard/ converters, CAT5 cable, fiber optic media converters, fiber patch cable • Trials utilizing existing spare fiber optic pairs (2) as assigned by Tech Ops • MEM Tech Ops will install two 115v/20A breakers with cabling from assigned DTAP rack space to Essential Power circuit breaker panel (T1212) - July completion - Data Comm PO funded via PA - ~$2,000 • FTI service order to include mini-demarc at the Basement Comm • Equipment Room Fiber Distribution Rack (B26-FOTS2).

MEM Connectivity Plan • Consistent with existing, and approved by MEM SSC/Tech Ops-PASS • DTAP to Controller • C/D position keyboard/monitor connects to KVM-CAT5 converter • CAT5 from tower cab thru existing data conduit to 12th floor • CAT5 to KVM converter (within DTAP) • DTAP to FTI (for HADDS & CSP) • CAT5 from DTAP to fiber media converter • Fiber patch cable from media converter to existing fiber distribution panel (FOTS) • Existing fiber down to existing basement FOTS • Fiber patch from basement FOTS1 to media converter in FOTS2 rack • CAT5 from media converter to FTI punch block demarc in basement FOTS2 • FTI-installed CAT5 from demarc to FTI facility

FAA/FDX MOU, Volpe/Boeing Trials Service Tasking • FAA/FDX MOU executed June, 2012: • Cooperation agreement between the parties • FDX starting systems work to accommodate DCL filing requirements (FRC DCL) and ARINC 620 DCL Copy messages and ACKS • Trials CSP Service Tasking via existing Volpe/Boeing contract vehicle: • POP from 5/1 – 12/1 • ARINC agreement complete (June) • SITA agreement pending completion (Boeing adding as Sub) • Both ARINC working now to get connectivity to the Tech Center Data Comm lab to allow initial pDTAP A/G testing (Proxy wavier granted by ISSM)

16. Trials SRMD • Trials SRMD approved with all required signatures June 1, 2012 • Added to 2010 approved Data Comm PHA document covering Terminal and En Route

17. Trials Activities – Trials Test NCPs • 2 Test NCPs have been approved via CCB: • HADDS configuration (IP and OARS) • Adding Rev # to HOST HNL HADDS CMS data • HADDS, HOST ZME patch deployments in late July • MEM Space and Power Test NCPs (2) submitted for SME review and CCB assignment • Additional Test NCP submittal pending: • Create a MEM FDIO/PCRCU Echo Port for DTAP to filter out Rev # data

Trials ISSM • Initial ISSM compliant Trials documentation review complete by ISSM (June) • Updated ISSM requested documentation complete and resubmitted to ISSM (7/09) • ISSM ruling on ATL NESG proxy requirement pending: • Trials team and support (Guy C and Tony S) promoting IP/NAT Level 3 proxy requirement • Due to DTAP internal security controls – no further FEP/BEP security required for Trials • FTI 128k provisioning on hold until ISSM approves of Trials connectivity plan (Sandy to facilitate with FAA FTI Mgt)
