  3. Plant Food/Fertilizer Regulations • Manufacturer is responsible for • State registration of the product • Reporting volume sold • Paying tonnage tax • Unregistered products are subject to: • Stop Sale Order • Stop Sale & Remove Order • Some states provide for fines and penalties
