Courses • Dish names are assigned based on the common name of the Italian Dish • Dish Names include: Chicken Parmesan, Eggplant Parmesan, Lasagna, Spaghetti Bolognese, Calamari, Minestrone, Caprese Salad, Tiramisu, Biscotti and Cannoli Dishes are divided into courses - Courses include appetizers (ID=1), main course (ID=2), and dessert (ID=3)

  3. Meats • Dishes are also divided into a separate category if they contain meat • These dishes are also divided by course ID • The first query allows the user to identify the dishes that contain meat

  4. Preparation • Dishes are also divided by the type of preparation method employed • Available preparation styles include Fried, Boiled, Baked or Fresh • The second query allows the user to search dishes by preparation style
