  2. Integrate the EU Ecolabel • Make the EU Ecolabel part of your sales communicationand your Corporate Identity on compliant print products Use it on your own prints Show that you are a licencee and provide info posters on the wall inside Offer EU Ecolabel compliant printing on your website

  4. 2. Sales communication • Make EU Ecolabel compliant printing part of your service portfolio (explaining the benefits) • Make this offer part of all your sales communication: • In your online marketing • Through printed communication • Direct communication (sales managers)

Show your offer in print media • Company booklets • through advertisements • Company reports • Customer magazines • Company stationary (letter) • give-aways • Media releases The most convincing way to present this offer is to print your own prints compliant with the EU Ecolabel requirements.

  6. 4. Show the EU Ecolabel offer on your website • On the front page: • Logo(s) • Info/news teaser • In the news/media section • In the Ecolabel section • link to EU Ecolabel websites (national, EU) • Email layout (footer)

What the CB can do ... ... to support the effective and compliant use of the logo by companies At workshops: showing "How the logo can be used" will raise the motivation to apply(use the tool "presentation") After awarding: this is the right moment to start the integration of the logo in the marketing > offer support, inform (use the tool "checklist" from the Best practice Guide) To consultants make them coach and recommend to integrate the EU Ecolabel into their marketing efficiently (using the "checklist" and best practice examples)

  8. 5. on the wall • A Sign, next to the entrance together with explanation that the printer offers EU Ecolabel compliant printing to his customers • Copy of the ccertificate, next to the reception or in the CEO's office • Posters on the EU Ecolabel or the eco-schemes used, and what they stand for
