  7. TD and NTD Bags • First we open NTD bags , because it contains long distance articles. • Then we open TD bags, because we have lot of time to sort and close the bags.

  9. KPI – Undelivered Articles • The details of undelivered articles available in KPI Dashboard. • It contains remarks given by postman for each individual articles. • The Postman remark is very important because, it will effect to the KPI .

  10. Transit Analysis • For National Speed Hub , Mysore the target for TD articles is – 1.49 Days • For NTD articles – 1.86 Days. • If we cross the target level fixed by MNOP we have to send compliance report to RO.

  14. Missing PIN • PIN Code is essential for all Speed Post Articles. • For TD destination PIN Code should be correct • For NTD First 3 digits is compulsory. Otherwise the KPI will be effected.

  15. Delivery Scan • For delivery scan tolerance level is 5%. • If the article is delivered at delivery PO the delivery particulars should be updated in Speed Net and communication should be run. • If the delivery office fails to run the communication the delivery particulars will not be updated in central server. • This will effect to the KPI.

  16. Inbound Performance • Speed Articles received at Hub up to 04.00 AM in the morning should be given to the Postman for delivery. • The articles should be delivered in first attempt. If the article not delivered in first attempt it will effect the KPI.
