Sek I-Lehrer/innen-Ausbildung in Europa und weltweit Österreichs Besonderheiten: HS-Lehrer/innen nur dreijährig (weltweit meist 5 Jahre), nicht-universitär (internationaler Mittelwert für Anteil forschender L-Bildner/innen: 86 %!),sehr geringer fachlicher Ausbildungsanteil (EU-Median dreimal so hoch!). Institutionen • TEDS-M 2008 (Blömeke, Kaiser & Lehmann, 2010): Anteil der Lehrer/innen/bildner mit Promotion (oder Habilitation) im Mittel bei 51 %/45 %, Anteil Ausbildender mit Forschungserfahrung im Mittel bei 86 %/85 %, Anteil forschungsbezogener Tätigkeiten im Mittel bei 21 %/19.9 % (Sek I-Lehrerbildung/Primarstufenlehrerbildung) • Fachausbildung als wichtige Determinante des Unterrichterfolges (COACTIV) • Attrahierungseffekte und Habitusformation durch Intellektualisierung, Forschungsorientierung, Freiheit • Frage des Praxisbezuges gesondert zu diskutieren (Integrations- versus Differenzmodelle)
