Company Overview • Events Out of The Box is a full-service event agency dedicated to creating memorable events designed to meet individual client needs. • We provide our clients with over 15 years combined experience in event planning, corporate travel, corporate meetings & incentives, sponsorship activation, donor sponsored events, and wine festivals/culinary events. • With their respective unique experiences, the owner/staff members of this organization represent many areas of event management and expertise.

Michelle Thomas Owner Agent, Events Out of The Box • Over 15 years experience in the event planning industry • Main focus: corporate meeting planning, corporate incentives, wine festivals/culinary events and VIP incentive trips • Emphasis in the beverage and healthcare industries focusing on all aspects of event planning to include grand openings, groundbreaking events, corporate meetings, activation, sponsored events, incentive programs, film festivals, wine festivals/culinary events, galas/charity events, VIP events • Philanthropic event planning: involves knowledge in areas such as sponsorship, donor communication, and extensive marketing and promotion (incl. media coverage) • Specialties include creating successful, thematic large scale events which attract and engage target audiences • Strengths include the management of all event detail from concept to logistics, management of budget and promotional marketing, staffing and sales strategy. • Established relationships within Media Management/PR • Event size ranging from 100 up to 12000 people

  6. Event Staff Cindy She has been working in event support, hospitality, and sales for several years and has been on the Senior Event Team for Events Out of The Box since its inception in 2002. She is capable of several support roles and executing events as a Team Leader as well. She has been involved in all aspects of event planning and her organizational skills and level of experience are an enormous asset to the agency.

  7. Event Staff Cara Cara has extensive experience in Network Ad Sales with Petry Television, Turner Broadcasting and Discovery Communications. She has worked with Events Out of The Box and InPLAY Events for the past three years in a variety of meeting formats including conferences, seminars, trade shows and specialty events. She is skilled in project management and multi-tasking, and is extremely detailed and deadline oriented. She enjoys working in this fast paced environment.

She has had • experience in all areas of event • management and is a valuable addition to • our seasonal staff.

Her organizational • skills, level of motivation, and outgoing • personality make her a wonderful addition to our event team.

  10. Event Staff Yasmin She is currently currently finishing her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. She has worked with InPLAY Events and Events Out of The Box for the last two years as a Junior Staff Member on our Special Events Team. She has had solid experience over the last few years her outgoing personality makes her an asset to all events, she has is always a great addition to any situation.

  11. Support Staff/Set Up Humberto Humberto is a licensed fitness and rehabilitation specialist with a background in massage therapy. He has worked with professional, collegiate and  highly competitive athletes around the country. He has consultated with financial managers developing a quality of life approach to financial security. His past times include adventure travel, writing, and motivational speaking.

  12. Technical Support IT • Pete His tech career began in 1992 installing Ethernet Cards and running cable on the University of Illinois Campus in 1994. He was then offered a position at Applied Systems, a software company out of University Park, Illinois. After working for Applied Systems for four years Pete accepted a higher level position at Panalpina, Inc. as their Regional IT Support Technician. He was employed by Panalpina for three years managing a large territory which included St. Louis, Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Cincinnati, Detroit, and my home base of Chicago. In 2005, Pete started Carus Computer Consulting Corporation and has been an independent contractor ever since.

Past Industry Experience SPONSORSHIP ACTIVATION:NANTUCKET FILM FESTIVAL Primary Responsibilities: • Worked with the Film Festival to ensure that Stella Artois received full benefits of their sponsorship • Developed incentives for the Field Sales Team • On-site inspection of the island during slow season (late March/early April) to access housing opportunities and establish strong relationships with local bar & restaurant owners as well as the local Wholesaler to aid the sales, PR Team and marketing team in future distribution of product and point-of-sale materials • Arrange all accommodations for Wholesalers, VIPs, Sales and Marketing Teams • Assist the Brand Team in distribution of product and POS prior to the start of the festival and during the festival to ensure that the brand is in a strong marketing position throughout the event

Past Industry Experience SPONSORSHIP ACTIVATION:NANTUCKET FILM FESTIVAL Primary Responsibilities (cont’d): • Implementation and execution of promotional events with the local restaurants and bars throughout the festival weekend • Act as liaison to the Film Festival to ensure that VIPs were given access to private parties and film tickets to special events • Utilize contacts to allow private screenings for Wholesalers at the Festival • Work with PR group to ensure that all private parties had plenty of product and point- of-sale materials • Provide all on-site staff throughout the event • Coordinate all transportation (ground, air, and ferry) and were in charge of all “meet and greets” at the ferry drop and the airport. Set up all transport from drop location to local hotels 11

Past Industry Experience SPONSORSHIP ACTIVATION:SUNDANCE FILM FESTIVAL • Begin preparation for this festival six months prior to the event • Work closely with the Brand Teams to make sure that all local establishments receive point-of-sale materials that will ensure brand recognition • Use strong relationship with Director of The Sundance Film Festival and the PR Firm to facilitate sponsorship of private parties and gain support within the community of Sundance from local bars/restaurants • Throughout the Festival, work with the Director of the Film Festival to secure VIP tickets to films and other private events • Assist the Brand Teams with the distribution of product and point-of-sale for the local bar/restaurants as well as private parties. Distribution is particularly difficult in Utah as we are forced to work with State owned liquor stores and their strict purchasing guidelines. Product distribution is a daily activity in this environment.

Past Industry Experience SPONSORSHIP ACTIVATION:SUNDANCE FILM FESTIVAL • Handled the negotiation of all hotel contracts and housing requirements for employees, management, wholesalers, and VIPs • Set up all corporate travel arrangements for employees, management, wholesalers and VIPs (ground and air) • Arranged all on-site staffing for the event to include set up and staffing of an all- day hospitality desk in the lobby of the main hotel. All special tickets, VIP passes, and other meeting information was distributed through private hospitality desk which was staffed and open throughout the duration of the festival to assist guests • Coordinated all meetings and special events at the hotel as well as in the local establishments and made sure that each event was stocked with the proper products and barware as well as point-of-sale

Past Industry Experience WHOLESALER/EMPLOYEE INCENTIVE PROGRAMS: • Involved in many planning aspects of European Incentive Programs with the local Sales Teams and Wholesalers. • Many of these programs revolved around touring various European Breweries (incl. Stella Artois and Hoegaarden) • Contacted the local sales team to develop quarterly incentive programs • Coordinate travel agenda • Arranged all air and ground travel • Arranged all hotel accommodations for Incentive Winners, VIPs and Corporate Management • Planned and executed private parties and brewery tours in Belgium • Planned and executed a wholesaler incentive at Pebble Beach

  24. Partnership/InPLAY Wine Festivals 2009 • Events Out of The Box and inPLAY Events have a partnership in the execution of all inPLAY owned events for midwest wine festivals 2009/2010. We will be partnered to execute 10 wine festivals in the midwest and you can access the list of owned events by going to the inPLAY website at www.inplayevents.com.   28. Wine Festivals/Culinary Events 2009 Many of our events this year with Anheuser-Busch/InBEV required this larger footprint which housed two draught units, a large Belgian Beer Café seating area and a seminar tent which was used to educate the public on the International Brands.
