  3. How was the need for the bond election determined? • The Patrons Advisory Committee, a group of residents, business leaders, parents, students, members of the Board of Education and school staff, have been evaluating where the district is now and what the future needs are going to be. The Moore School District’s student population has grown by more than 1300 students since 2010. We are the third largest district in Oklahoma with a student population of more than 23,000. This bond issue will help us take an important step in planning for future growth and change. In addition, we want our students to have top of the line facilities comparable to other 6A districts in the state.
