Indicator/Metric View Intervention Implementation Planning & Monitoring Intervention Clearinghouse Module 1 Module 2 Module 3 Based on system of leading & lagging indicators, Module 1 allows users to review lagging results, view leading indicators, analyze data and determine area(s) to target. Module 2 allows users to browse database of researched interventions, read user and research reviews and select intervention to address area(s) of need. Users create and monitor an implementation plan in Module 3 by selecting students to receive the intervention, identifying parameters and monitoring frequently to determine intervention effectiveness.

Data Governance Work Group: Pipeline Survey Findings • Better management of existing processes/documentation • Better communication, specifically about changes to data requirements, new tools, and upcoming plans • Fewer last minute changes to collections • Better prioritization and better pacing of major changes that occur simultaneously • More transparency about processes and governance • More engagement from the field to ensure process and communication management meets LEA needs • Partnership and clear definition of roles and responsibilities between SDE, OMES and LEAs
