World of Conflict • Information: With the internet, streaming, webcams, TV, radio, games , etc.. , sometimes we may wish we were less informed. • Natural Disasters: Floods, volcanoes, global warming, sun storms, wow it is overwhelming. • Personal Concerns: Racial, social suppression, illness, family , finance, etc..

Finding Peace Midst of Conflict • Face Book, Twitter, Androids, Tablets, I PAD, Texting, e-mail (sort of out of date), etc., its astonishing! • How do we cope with technology? • How do we cope with our children who know more then we do? • Sex – Just looking at a TV program is pretty close to pornography

In the Midst of Conflict • Egypt, Syria, Sudan, Israel, Mali , etc. in conflict – US in conflict to decide who we should help. • Gangs, Drive by shootings, Rape, murder, Drugs, Realities shows Tattoos, Big Brother, want happen to Little Brother? Grand parents as parents. Low test scores, high joblessness. • I have a headache. • Our talented and knowledgeable PME Directors will attack this Theme. Good Reading!

16. In 1854 Harriet successfully rescued six freedom seekers and brought them to St. Catharine's. Three of the six were her brothers who joined the AME Church. The following year it was decided that the AME Churches in Canada would change their name to establish their own distinct identity. At the Canadian General Conference in 1856, some of the AME Churches changed their name to the British Methodist Episcopal (BME) Church. The British Crown of England granted permission to use the word British in their title. Who receives all the books in her home or church divides them, into area or local churches. then distributes them by any means available. She is like the post man , though rain , sleet and snow, she distributes them by any means necessary. Plus she gives an Institute of learning once or twice a year.
