  4. Codetalkers(fought in Pacific) • Use Navajo language as code during Pacific battles • Navajo was only spoken inSW US, and was not a written language • Recruited by US Marines

  5. “Wind talkers” • Museum

  6. Tuskegee Airmen • Tuskegee Airmen (fought in Europe/Africa) • The military was still divided among races • African-American pilots and crew members who served in North Africa and Europe • Received most awards of any other Unit in WWII • Apart of US Army Air Corps.
