  4. Who can participate? • Current part-time and full-time Vlerick MBA Students... • Recent MBA Alumni, graduated in the last 3 years... • ... who want to bring their business plan to a higher level and realize it afterwards

  6. Entrepreneurs provide summaries of their business plans based on a questionnaire • Event Organizers match Entrepreneurs & Mentors • Mentors choose which plans they are interested in • Entrepreneurs are informed which mentors showed interest – they have 3 days to contact 3 of these mentors • Mentors review business plans with students “off line” and at their own pace (within a strict timeline) • Two rounds of feedback are foreseen • In-person meetings are strongly recommended • Review • All teams submit finalized plans to the panel of mentors • Mentors review the plans and select top five teams Stage 1: Mentoring Mechanics of the 1st Stage

Five selected teams participate in the Benelux Venture Forum • Receive additional training alongside with other participants • Liaise with Europe-Level VCs during the event • An invitation to attend BVF will be sent out to the full contact list of the Vlerick Alumni entrepreneurship event • 10% discount on participation tickets will be available to all Vlerick Alumni members Mechanics of the 2nd Stage Stage 2: BVF

The five teams take the learnings from the BVF into account • Concluding event • Presentation of the five teams to the assembled students and alumni, followed by a reception • Estimated 100 to 120 participants • Location – Chapel, Vlerick campus Gent Mechanics of the 3rd Stage Stage 3: Final Pitch
