  3. About Verizon Verizon Received the J.D. Power and Associates Business Data Service Award for Service to Small-Business Customers. BASKING RIDGE, N.J….Verizon has earned top honors among six major providers in the J.D. Power and Associates' annual study of small-, mid-size and large-business customers.  The J.D. Power and Associates 2007 Major Provider Business Telecommunications Services Study cited Verizon for the "Highest Customer Satisfaction With Small/Midsize Business Data Service Providers.“ Verizon scored highest in six of the seven key performance factors used to measure satisfaction: performance and reliability, cost of service, company image, sales representatives/account executives, offerings and promotions, and customer service.  For overall customer satisfaction, Verizon surged 25 index points from 2006, outperforming all the cable competitors included in the survey

The most popular are… • 3 way conference calling • Call Transfer • Call forwarding • CustoPAk is only available to business customers with a minimum 2 lines and a maximum of. • Custopak is non-engineered Centrex service which does not require any engineering forms and does not require the customer to dial the “dial 9” access code.

Freedom for Business • Verizon’s Freedom for Business plans offer customers the ability to make unlimited local, regional toll and domestic long distance calls for a flat monthly fee. • Three plans are available with unlimited usage options: • Verizon Freedom for Business (most popular) • Verizon Freedom Basic for Business, Local with Toll • Verizon Freedom Basic for Business, Local (most popular for business that do not make many long distance calls) – see exceptions • These plans are currently available in NY, NJ, MA, RI, NH, VT, ME, PA, DE, MD, VA, DC, WV, FL, NC, SC, TX, IL, IN, MI, OH, WI, CA, ID, OR & WA. • A maximum of 10 Freedom plans can be sold to a customers. • Freedom is available on POTS dial tone lines, CentraNet, Centrex Plus and CustoPAK lines

Freedom for Business Verizon Freedom for Business • Freedom for Business Long domestic calling including the extended US territories; Guam, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and the Marianna Islands. • Calls to Mexico and Canada are not included. • Toll Free usage is not included in the Freedom monthly charge. However, toll free service can be included with the Freedom for Business and plan will be rated at the Verizon Freedom for Business rate of $.06/min. • Calling Card, international usage, operator-assisted usage and surcharges are not included and are charged separately. • Accounts adding Freedom for Business on a portion of their lines can choose Firm Rate Advantage for the non-Freedom for Business lines PIC’d to Verizon – the MSL is waived for Freedom for Business customers,

Local in CA includes local measured and ZUM. Local in FL and ID includes only Extended Calling Service, other local calling area included as part of the line rate. Local in ME, NC fContel/CTVA-NC, SC, TX, DE, MI fAlltel, IL fAlltel, OH (GTENOH), OR, IN & WA is part of the line charge, not the Freedom charge. • Sell Freedom for Business instead of Freedom for Business LOCAL to avoid the above exceptions
