  3. Logistics • Flexible start times to minimise ‘rush hour’ impact • FAWs in 3 day blocks or 1 day per week • Certificates/ID cards issued within 7 days • A mix of scheduled courses and ‘bookable days’ • Courses on weekends • PDF Certificates could be made available next working day
