Exercise • You will familiarize yourself with one KM tool and create video about that • In this way we can share both explicit and tacit knowledge about the tools of KM • There is a rtf document available at the course module KM website. This document includes instructions • On the next slides you can see an exemplary result of this exercise. The teacher of this course has clarified one tool as follows.
