  1. I. Outline for Target Service. 1. Overview. • LMP2PP(Live Multi-broadcasting by Peer-to-Peer Platform) a complete service platform for video live cast streaming, developed by LMP2PP Team of the Viewtech, Inc, under the GNU General Public License (GPL). LMP2PP is designed to stream MPEG videos on high bandwidth P2P networks. • The LMP2PP platform includes: • LCP2P (Live Caster by Peer-to-Peer solution), which can stream MPEG-1, MPEG-2 and MPEG-4 files, DVDs, digital satellite channels, digital terrestrial television channels and live videos on the network in multicast by P2P platform. • LCP (Live Cast Player), which can be used as a LCP2P to stream MPEG-1, MPEG-2 and MPEG-4 files, DVDs and live videos on the network in multicast or used as a client to receive, decode and display MPEG streams under multiple operating systems. • IP2P(Indexer for Peer-to-Peer Network), which can direct connect each other peer(LCP2P, LCP) by IP2P. It is peer network helper & management seed cloud. • LMP2PP works on many platforms: Linux, Windows, Mac OS X, BeOS, *BSD, Solaris, Familiar Linux, Yopy /Linupy and QNX. It can use : • MPEG-1, MPEG-2 and MPEG-4 / DivX files from a hard disk, a CD-ROM drive, ... • from a satellite card (DVB-S) • DVDs and VCDs • Capture device(Web cam, any digital camera) • MPEG-1, MPEG-2 and MPEG-4 streams from the network sent by other LCP2P. to : Dynamic LMP2PP of LCP that the clients can join or leave (i.e. to a multicast peer client): this is called multicast by peer to peer . Use codec : Video formatsH.264/MPEG-4 AVC, Audio formats MPEG-4 audio (i.e. AAC)
