  8. Summary of General Course Aims … The aims of the course are to explore the knowledge, skills and competences that you have, and need to acquire, to become an effective Facilitador.

Expectations • How will Phase One help you to become an effective Facilitador? • Write your ideas on slips of paper (one idea per slip) and try not to repeat ideas. • Stick these on the whiteboard. Now look at the expectations of the other groups. • How are other people’s ideas similar or different to yours?

Phase 1: Core Course Aims … Over the whole course, we’ll look at different aspects including qualities a teacher trainer needs, helping teachers with change, how to teach teachers, planning and cascading. In Phase 1, we’ll be providing you with practical ideas for you to share with teachers immediately…
