  8. Summary of General Course Aims … The aims of the course are to explore the knowledge, skills and competences that you have, and need to acquire, to become an effective Facilitador.

Expectations • How will Phase One help you to become an effective Facilitador? • Write your ideas on slips of paper (one idea per slip) and try not to repeat ideas. • Stick these on the whiteboard. Now look at the expectations of the other groups. • How are other people’s ideas similar or different to yours?

Phase 1: Core Course Aims … Over the whole course, we’ll look at different aspects including qualities a teacher trainer needs, helping teachers with change, how to teach teachers, planning and cascading.
