第九章 干燥. 主要内容: 湿空气的性质及其计算; 湿度图的应用; 连续干燥过程的物料衡算和热量衡算; 恒定干燥条件下的干燥速率和干燥时间计算。. 干燥是利用热能除去固体物料中湿分的单元操作。 一、物料的去湿方法 1 、机械去湿法:如压滤、离心 优点:能量低;缺点:去湿不完全。 2 、化学去湿法 优点:去湿完全;缺点:费用高,操作麻烦。 3 、热能去湿法 优点:去湿较完全;缺点:能耗高。 在化工生产过程中,常常是两种方法一起使用,当物料中的湿分较多时,采用机械去湿法,然后用热能去湿法进一步除去湿分,这样既可减少能耗,又可以满足生产的要求。.
