Definition & Erläuterung Definition (Projektplan): • Der Projektplan ist die Gesamtheit aller im Projekt vorhandenen (Teil-) Pläne. • Bezieht sich auf das Projekt als Ganzes • Zielsetzung: den Auftrag und die Idee in eine Struktur zu bringen Definition (Projektstrukturplan): • Ein Projektstrukturplan (PSP) ist die vollständige, hierarchische Anordnung aller Arbeitspakete/Teilaufgaben eines Projekts. • Schafft einen Überblick über den Projektumfang für alle Projektbeteiligten • bildet die Basis für die Ablauf- und Terminplanung Quelle: Buch Band 2 Seite 276/278
