  5. Therefore, District Officials must be provided with • Easy access to e-Gov knowledge-sharing forums within and across the States & • who undergo • by • High Quality, Regular, Standardized e-Governance • Training • Constant Structured Monitoring • Trained e-Governance Trainers

  6. Program Objectives • Developing a suitable updated training program and content kit on e-Krantiand Digital India for officials at a District level. 2. Building capacity within State ATI trainers for conducting e-Kranti and DI related training 3. Inclusion of North East (NE) and hilly regions for e-governance growth to keep them updated especially with the newer trends and technologies mentioned in e-KrantiandDI 4. Enhancing skills of SC/ST district officials in various states so that they could discharge their duties more effectively and efficiently using ICT tools, trends and other e-governance initiatives in accordance to the e-Kranti /DI programme of GoI

IIPA intends to achieve - • Quality e-Gov Branding : Develop a model NeGP training program for District level officials • Strengthen ATIs : Build Capacity within State ATIs for conducting NeGP training • Empower District Officials : Enhance skills & empower SC/ ST District Officials of various States • Inclusive Knowledge Dissemination: Special Inclusion of NE and Hilly regions for balanced knowledge growth.

Project Deliverables • Detailed Project Implementation Plan Report • Content Development and Training course material • Training Schedule for all ATIs • Training Web page on IIPA website • Training of Trainers 8 nos.(1 wk) at IIPA Delhi • Conducting 120 Training Program (1 & 2 wks) at identified 9 ATIs • Periodically Status and Progress Report • Assessment and Review Report for DeitY Centre for Learning in ICT & e-Governance INDIAN INSTITUTE OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

Other Initiatives • Contact cb4ati@gmail.com: Regular updates of e-Gov/ ICT trends to the ATIs through a program e-mail account . • VideoConferencing and online training hub and : Converting the Program website to an interactive training portal for knowledge assimilation and dissemination. • Facebook/ Twitter Presence: Planning to Launch Social Media presence for the Program • Dynamic Updates: Updationof the program content as per the emerging trends in GoI • Any Suggestions Centre for Learning in ICT & e-Governance INDIAN INSTITUTE OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

  15. Way Forward An online training hub with compulsory courses and optional video courses according to category of ATI trainers, for both operational and soft-skill training. The hub will contain : 31 • Calendar for physical training & sign-up • Webinars/peer video chats for doubt clearance • Online Tests, report submissions , Feedback & Grading • Videos of set Training Modules /Courses
