P3, M1 • Main Activity – • You need to add information to you booklet about what communications barriers are and each needs to be described in detail. • For M1 you must explain in details strategies of how the impact of the barrier can be reduced. • You should complete the task under the following headings: • Background noise • Distractions • Lack of concentration • Can you think of any which do not fit into these categories? To achieve a M1 you must identify and describe how to reduce the impact of these barriers to communication
