Infertility stress

STRESS: Stress affects fertility, but people were unable to discover why and to what extent. Recent research has shown that stress affects fertility, both in men and women. Again, infertile people face stress, a known fact. Sometimes people take their lives. Yes, it is true. Stress can be a very debilitating experience. INFERTILITY: Abnormalities in genetic make-up of men and women Hormonal imbalances Infectious diseases As such, infertility is defined as the inability to produce an offspring(s) for more than six months of regular and unprotected sex. Infertility also entails the inability to carry a pregnancy to its full term, resulting in miscarriages. The most challenging aspects of the infertility experience is dealing with the emotional ups and downs relating to medical treatment, the uncertainty about outcomes, and the challenge of having to make important decisions such as when “enough is enough.” It is important to learn how to take care of yourself, make sure that you get the support you need, and to manage your emotions so that your self-esteem and outlook on life remains as positive as possible.
