Membership increase • Associates grew by 21 (Jan 2011 to April 2012) • Academia grew by 28 (Jan 2011 to April 2012) • Sector Members stayed stable but an overall reduction of income of 129,850 CHF(exemption of membership fee by Council for some Sector members, new reduced fee for companies from certain developing countries) • Retain members • Mentoring programme started • Pro-active outreach to existing members • Tutorial for Editors and Rapporteurs • Attract new members • Participation in key ICT conferences • TSB staff promote membership on mission • New promotional materials developed
