  8. Other business • In September a statement with questions and recommendations was sent to the RSC and the RDA Board summarizing the feedback and the questions raised at our 2018 meeting in May. The statement is on our website: http://www.rda-rsc.org/sites/all/files/EURIG%20statement%20Betaversion_logo.docx • The answers have been shared by e-mail. • As a result, EURIG has been asked to create a proposal for a general application profileand, later on, an application profile for music. • The EURIG Editorial Committee worked out a draft for a general application profile and send it to the RSC at the end of March. (We hope to have a response before our meeting.)

  9. Other business • In December 2018 EURIG members were sent an e-mail including information about • the plan for release of RDA 3R • EURIG’s review • a call for nomination of candidates for the ExCo • an announcement a planned satellite meeting on RDA in connection with IFLA 2019 in Athens. (Working title: RDA 2019. August 21 at Central Library,AristotleUniversity of Thessaloniki) • The Editorial Committee has reviewed elements (September 2018) and appellation elements (January 2019) and commented on ORDAC’s review of Collective Agent (March 2019). From 1-17 April 2019 the Editorial Committee participated in the final review before the stabilization of the English text of the RDA Toolkit.

  10. Other business • In preparing a standard for regional representations and organization, the RDA Board has been inspired by EURIG. Even so, the RDA Board has requested a few changes in our cooperation agreement. The ExCo has therefore prepared a proposal for our members meeting. • The group behind the European BIBFRAME workshop has addressed a letter to the RSC encouraging clarification of the connection between RDA and BIBFRAME. EURIG was asked whether we would co-sign the letter. Though many of us sympathize with the idea of clarification, the ExCo didn’t find such activity within the scope of the EURIG cooperation agreement.
