Smart Card Design Centre Smart Card Design Center was funded by the Innovation and Technology Commission, Government of the HKSAR, this center provides technical support to Hong Kong industry for design of smart card modules, crypto-engines, readers and Chip Operating Systems. Further support by Trade and Industry Department SME Development Fund to develop dual interface OS and testing facilities. Building its strength with RCW on RFID Readers Project funded by ITF HK/Guangdong Cooperative Project
