Characterisation • Select the keyelementsthatreflect the identity of the experience • Provides the context and the underlying issues related to thisexperience • Describes the experience, bringing to the forefrontitsinovative aspects: whatdoesitbringanew to the debate of the underlying issues ?

  4. CapitalizationMatrix • Title of the experience: Whatisitcalled ? • Site: Where ?/ locate the experience ? • Período: Sincewhen or whenwasthisexperienceimplemented ? How long has itlasted ? • Contexte: in whichframeworkdoes the capitalizedexperience fit in ? • Theme/Issue: Whatis the main problem ? Whydidthisexperiencetake place ?

It alsotalks about the difficulties, constraints and obstacles facedwhenimplementing the experience.
