ILHospitalJobs.com: A New Approach to Recruitment The Illinois Hospital Association has expanded its efforts to help member hospitals reach the most highly-qualified physicians, nurses and other health care professionals. Designed specifically for hospitals, ILHospitalJobs.comtargets qualified health care professionals and physicians in Illinois and surrounding states through an interactive career website with hospital profiles and a statewide job bank. Extensive marketing efforts help promote the participating hospitals and online job postings to health care professionals who are actively seeking employment.
