Since Indonesia as an independent and sovereign state on August 17, 1945 the founder ofe the State of indonesia through 1945 has determined that the Republic of indonesia adopts or teaching democracy, where sovereignity lies in the hands of the people and executed entirely by the People’s Consultative Assembly (MPR). Thus, it means also the Homeland classified as acountry adopts Representative Democracy.
