Por asociado a CASUR, POLICIA anexos 1,2,3ª ,4 Por pertenecer a Comunidades Etnias, anexos 1,2,3B Por parentesco HERMANOS, ESPOSOS anexos 1,2,4 ANEXOS Deben anexar carta de solicitud del alumno Certificado de notas originales del semestre anterior, no debe de haber perdido materias a. Certificado Original de la policía con Fecha vigente y sello original o copia del carnet de la policía b. Carta Comunidad Étnica con fecha vigente y sello original de no tener sello debe anexar Acta de Constitución 4. Registro civil de nacimiento o Registro de Matrimonio (este con fecha vigente) DEBE ESTAR PAZ Y SALVO CON LA UNIVERSIDAD Llevar Documentación Facultad de Medicina
