Title on top line and underlined


Vertical Line to divide page into 2 columns

Notes written to the right of the line.


Notes written using Outline form:

Roman Numerals for Main Ideas

Capital Letters for Supporting Details


Notes written using Outline form:

Arabic Numbers for Sub-details

Lower Case Letters for Sub-Sub- Details


Labels in Recall Column(left column) to tell what each section of notes is about


Indent for each detail & sub-detail. Keep text indented so everything lines up.
