  4. Fact Sheet • Make the following facts known: • Target audience(s) • Slogan/tagline • History • Number of employees (full-time & part-time) • Location (and cross streets) • Business hours • Contact information (phone, email, website, SMM, etc. for customers to use)

  5. Promotional Flyer Express services that Jalisco’s offers, complete information about the business in a clear way so that people are attracted to the business.

  6. Social Media Audit/Plan • Put together a memo outlining recommendations for social media moving forward. Analysis will consist of: • Content (completeness, timeliness, value, etc.) • Navigation (ease of use, speed, flash, etc.) • Graphics/visuals (i.e. the “look” of the site – colors, graphics, fonts, point size, amount of copy, etc.) • Usefulness (are your questions answered?) • Likelihood of repeat visits (i.e. would a visitor go back? Why or why not?)

Jalisco’s has a great variety of birthstone jewels for you to see! #JaliscoJewelers DID YOU KNOW: It is estimated that the world’s oceans contain up to 10 billion tons of gold? Visit Jalisco Jewelers, and maybe your gold may come from one of those oceans! #JaliscoJewelers

Recommendations • For Facebook • Should post four days per week. • Post at least twice per day. • Ask people to like or try a friend referral contest. • For Instagram • Add Instagram. • Post relevant content. • Use Chases’s Calendar or make posts be themed. • Post photo contests or do a Scavenger Hunt. • Hash tags are great for Instagram. • In General • Content should be in both Spanish and English • Update website with current jewelry items • Keep the family friendly atmosphere in stores alive
