The MHS Board – Brief Recap • Responsible for non-executive governance of the MHS (succeeded MHAC) • Created as a sub-committee of the FSA Board • First meeting in November 2004 • Chair of the MHS Board is also a member of the FSA Board • Chair of the MHS Board reports twice a year to the FSA Board on the work of the MHS

  3. Aims of Today’s Event • Opportunity for the MHS Board to meet, discuss and listen to MHS Stakeholders • Opportunity for MHS Stakeholders to present the key issues facing them, in relation to the MHS, over the next few years • Influence development of the new MHS strategic plan
