Who am I? • Registered Dietitian • Community Nutritionist, Interior Health, since 1989 • Co-Founder of SD23 Central Okanagan Healthy Promoting Schools Committee, 2003 • Seconded to MOH/MOE 2005-2007 to develop “Guidelines for Food and Beverage Sales in BC Schools” & “Healthier Choices for Vending in BC Public Buildings” • 2007 Contracted with DC to help develop BC’s www.brandnamefoodlist.ca C.Richards Ottawa 4/08
