Supports Provided • What to look for? • Since this is writing, very easy to look at the previous year (Reading) to determine a longitudinal trend • Are we looking at a weak cohort of students? • Are we looking at an instructional issue? • If school has a high proportion of “red ink”, supports are available through CIA. • Even though the NESD is not participating with AFL this upcoming year we should not disregard the data. • These assessments will be forming the basis of the future assessments
