  3. España como destino del turismo sexual: - 300.000 prostitutas, casi todas extranjeras - 3600 burdeles - Se inician en la adolescencia, también en la niñez - Mediterráneo como destino sexual - 2002-06: Más de 2700 casos con menores - 25% varones clientes de prostitución

  4. España como origen del turismo sexual - 40.000 españoles practican el turismo sexual - Cuba y República Dominicana, destinos especiales

  5. Respuesta principalmente penal Reforma del CP de 2010: art. 177 bis: 1.- En o desde España, en tránsito o con destino a ella 2.- Captar, transportar, trasladar, acoger, recibir o alojar Persecución en España por delitos cometidos fuera. Embargo de bienes, delincuencia económica, corrupción institucional. Art. 187 y 189 CP: prostitución de menores, exhibicionismo y pornografía

  6. Respuesta administrativa - No hay derechos laborales pues no hay derechos fundamentales: Crítica al Tribunal Supremo - Licencias y ordenanzas ilegales: la prostitución está abolida - “Alterne”, “voluntariedad” y “prostitución”: falso dilema
