  3. 新聞全文 • 高雄一所小學，日前發生霸凌事件，兩名小學四年級學童，因一個水壺起口角，同學見狀跟著起鬨加入戰局，演變成圍毆衝突，一名女學生用手機拍下過程，上傳到網路供人觀賞，校方得知後趕緊通知家長，還將介入輔導多名學童。 • 學童導師表示，該名被打學童平時人緣不佳，下課時與同學發生口角，同學反駁時不慎將其水壺撥落地面，雙方開始大打出手，同學眼見兩人開打，也跟著加入戰局，多人圍毆一人，拍下影片的女同學甚至一面大呼：「太精采了！」 • 校方事後找來這些學童的家長，並以影片講解狀況，家長們了解狀況後互相道歉，上演全武行的同學也握手言和，校方要求老師加強學童輔導，避免類似情形再次發生。

  4. 我的心得 • 這篇報導，就是一個網路罷零的案例。把圍毆的情況拍攝下來，並上傳到網路上供人欣賞，是不對的。因此平時要建立良好的網路倫理觀念，才能減少這種案件的發生。
