David Beckham is a professional foot ball player. He has admitted to needing an inhaler since he was a boy. You may ask how does a professional athlete compete with a disease such as asthma. I think that it is all determination and having the perfect amount of medication with you at all times.
When I was breathing through the big straw I felt calm I was focused on breathing in my nose and out my mouth. Doing this made it easier for me to breathe through the big straw.
When I was breathing through the smaller straw it was a lot harder I focused very hard and I tried to calm down my heart rate.
The air quality this year is not so good but ok.
If I had asthma my life would change very much. It would be harder for me to be so athletic and also much more dangerous.
I think that more people have asthma now than 20 years ago because the air quality has gotten worse over the last 20 years. I think that if everybody tries to lower the air quality that less people will have asthma.
Asthma is a disorder that makes it harder to breathe it closes the air ways causing an asthma attack.
The ways that someone can cope with asthma are the write amount of treatment not pushing the your self over the limit of excircise.
