DV 500 Silica Mat is totally eco-friendly with No Asbestos, Incombustible, and contains No Organic or Binders. Our unique Silica blanket is made up of accurately chopped fiber length mechanically bonded by needle punch processing. It has no additional binders to ensure high efficiency and high-temperature insulation and excellent sound absorption with various applications. The standard thickness needled mat is from 1/8”, 1/4”, 1/2”, 1”, and withstand temperature up to 15000 F. Kindly request other specifications. DV 500 Silica Mat has many applications, primarily used as a preformed pipe for the exhaust of automotive and motorcycle, insulation jacket, insulation pipe for petrochemical, energy-saving industries, and many others. The high-temperature PP fiberglass mat/felt can be processed into preformed pipes, insulation pipes, die-cut piece, laminated with Aluminum foil, coated with fabric, self- adhesive, etc. with various components for heat insulation and acoustic reducing purpose.
