MAX-Outdoorhas been developed as a logical extension to the Technical Software Services product range and in response to market demand, both from suppliers and consumers of outdoor advertising. • MAX-Outdoorwas pioneered by vendors in Australia and by advertising agencies - on behalf of multinational advertisers - in South East Asia. MAX-Outdoorrepresents the mutual requirements of advertiser, agency and vendor and includes the comprehensive media knowledge that Technical Software Services has built up over the last decade. • MAX-Outdoorcreates a vehicle through which advertisers and agencies see outdoor as a credible component of the media mix. • One important component that came from the Technical Software Services analysis was the agencies need to evaluate outdoor signage in a non subjective environment and to choose outdoor sites specifically because they met the needs of the client and the advertising brief not purely on the basis of availability. • Technical Software Services, in conjunction with the agencies and outdoor vendors in Australia designed and developed MAX-Outdoorto facilitate the marketing and management of outdoor media.

MAX-Outdoornow provides advertisers and suppliers with all they need for successful outdoor advertising - full site management, sales optimisation and a revenue management system for advertising agencies, suppliers and buyers of outdoor advertising, contract management through to material posting, and financial management for both clients and landowners. • MAX-Outdoorutilises an open client-server windows platform with full relational database inventory management and reporting functions as well as state-of-the-art digital audio-visual presentation facilities. • MAX-Outdooroffers a comprehensive management reporting suite featuring full inventory management tools, avails enquiries to a high degree of specification and a range of revenue and occupancy data. • MAX-Outdoorincorporates all of the business requirements associated with outdoor advertising, from the preparation and yield optimisation of sales proposals, through confirmation of orders, material posting of sites and post confirmation output, along with client invoicing, creditor payments and cost management tools. • MAX-Outdooroffers total control over the outdoor inventory, with monitoring of both landowners and clients, as well as competitive agency inventory and performance. Local area authority and outdoor advertising restrictions are noted alongside which allows avails and proposals to be prepared with potential conflicts in mind.
