  • Program- corporations contribute funds to implement aquatic habitat restoration, education and research projects endorsed by Coastal America Regional Implementation Teams

  • Voluntary program

  • Mitigation projects and SEP’s not acceptable

  • Projects must be Coastal America endorsed

  • Maximum 10% of funds for administration
