  6. Clear all issues on spot • Play the game first and make complaint after the game • Inform the opponent of your planned action • Written complaint via convenor within 7 days Arguments

  17. Home side captures result within 44 hours • Away side verifies within 96 hours • Check the data accuracy before hitting the update/verify button • If away side finds error during verify, email to league@hklba.org • HKLBA finalizes the game • League capture software manual Result capture

  18. Home side scans the score cards • Format can be pdf or jpg • Email to result@hklba.org • Subject: e.g. M4123 result • Keep the score cards, submit upon request Electronic submission

  19. Venue is open, game is on • Typhoon No. 8 or Black / Red rainstorm game postpone • Thunderstorm – mutually agree to play • Try every effort to finish the end • If game postpones, both skips initial on scorecards, same cards used in resumed game. Abnormal incidents - Postponed games

  20. Home side makes offers within 24 hours • Valid offers – within 22 days, at least 1 prefer day • Away side reverts within 48 hours from original fixture, can make counter-offer • If both sides fail to reach agreement, HKLBA will assign a game date as home side preference Postponed game arrangement

  21. Follow-up with opponent / HKLBA office • Clash with national game • Use of substitute and line-up • Rearranged game (before 1st end starts) • Resumed game (after 1st end starts) • 1 substitute per rink • Can re-arrange position if using substitute Postpone game arrangement

  22. Registered players • Submit before 4th game, must play 2 out of 3 • Count on actual play date • 6 for premier, 4 for triples • Tied players • Can play up even at same division • 10 for premier, 5 for triples Players (No play down)

  23. No duplicate game on same fixture date • Except HKYDT loaned player • No Transfer between other clubs Players

  24. One player short • Play 3–3–2 in fours or 4–4 in triples • 25% less on gained shots • One wood can be from a different set • Latecomer join to play any position but not skip • Select BLANK during result capture Players

  25. Request to re-arrange games • Priority on lowest rank side • Got approval 3 days in advance • Failure to arrive • Deduct 4 points, play within 8 days • No walk-over Practice and policy

  26. Promotion / relegation - 2 sides for division with 10 sides • League award – eligibility • At least 1/3 games, maximum quantity • For public green, if the game does not complete, the subsequent game will wait until it finishes Practice and policy
