  1. VCF Outreach Event 2010 Carolling & Christmas Party!

  2. Our Purpose • Bringing Christmas Cheer to the residents/ patients of KWSH with carols and presents! • Reaching out to our friends through caroling and a Christmas Party! • An platform for us to invite our friends to be a part of the event, and share with them what Christmas means to us!

  3. Who we want to involve… • Our friends from M1-5, N1-4!

  4. The Event Itself! • 21st December (Tuesday) • Caroling at KWSH (10am- 6pm) - Meet straight there for to prepare, practice and perform! • Christmas party (7pm – 9pm) - Take the chartered bus to party venue for food and sharing

  5. Registration • MCF leaders/rep from each batch will make announcement/ send emails to their batches • Sign up via Google Docs in the email.   6. Commitment • 11th December 10am – 12pm • Caroling practice in NUS (Seminar rooms) • 18th December 10am- 12pm • Caroling practice in NUS (Seminar rooms) • 21st December 10am – 9pm at KWSH - The real thing!

  7. Spreading the Word • MCF leaders/ rep from each batch to disseminate details by this week • Do follow-up after the first email with more emails!

  8. How VCFers can help • Bring a Friend especially your CG mates! • Volunteer to help out : - Helping to source/ buy materials for gifts (Odelia) - Volunteering to lead carol practices/ play instruments (Carmen) - Sharing/ testimony for Christmas Party (Sharon) - Volunteer your condo function room (near KWSH) - Help in logistics e.g. setting up (Zhiwei)
