  7. Recommendation Process • Teacher, Faculty, or Staff recommends student for services • Site Coordinator meets with student to distribute CIS packet • Once CIS packet is signed and returned services may begin

Identifying Students for 2013-2014 • Behavior Issues • Disciplinary Referrals • Low Self-esteem • Lack of Social Skills • Academic Enhancement • Low Grades • Disinterest in Subject Areas • Attendance • Excessive Tardies • Excessive Absences • Social Service Needs • Clothes • School Supplies • Basic Needs
