  2. INTRODUCTION Les localisations extranodales : 20 - 45 % des LMNH La localisation cervicofaciale : 10 -15 % des LMNH La localisation buccale : 3 à 5 % des localisations extranodales Les LMNH : 5 % des néoplasies du massif facial

  3. Cas clinique Monsieur ABA Age : 67 ans ATCD pathologiques : RAS HDM : depuis 1 an tuméfaction du massif facial + AEG

  4. Cas clinique Bilan biologique : - NFS : GB : 13900/mm3 (PNN : 10600/mm3) - VS : 49 - LDH > 1 Nle TDM du massif facial : Processus tissulaire centre sur le massif facial, s’étendant à l’orbite gauche, au sinus caverneux droit et lobe temporal gauche
