You can use this at home for checking the amount of sugar in your blood. A glucometer is a medical device that is used for determining the concentration of glucose in your blood and it is very convenient to use. To control your blood sugar level, you can also follow some Indian recipes for diabetics. You should have a properly balanced diet which includes pulses, cereals, vegetables, and fruits. In the cereal category, there are many options like Jowar, Oats, Bajra, Barley, and Quinoa then rice as it allows the carbohydrates to absorb slowly. You can also opt for the diabetic-friendly rotis and the blood sugar level will not rise. Oats roti, Jowar Pyaz ki Roti, whole Moong, Green Pea Khichdi, and Bajra can be used. You should have only once a source of protein like milk, curd, and daal in each meal. To maintain healthy cells protein is needed but when you consume too much protein then it will have a heavy load on your kidneys. You ought to raise the intake of fiber, because it slows down the processing of starch and even the absorption of sugar. In fact, the sort of fiber you eat often plays a significant part.
