  2. The abuse of any substance whether alcohol or drug has been a medical condition that users have troubled escaping through the years. Even if there are many treatment centers who have the best facilities and staff, still there are some who opt not to be admitted in it. Sometimes, it is of the addicted individual's choice not to engage in such process that soon makes them weaker and weaker over time. The addict doesn't have a clear mind during this time so their loved ones should be the one to make the decision immediately.
